Electrical pulse generator that makes catfish swim to the surface so you can catch them

Attach one lead to aluminum boat frame or to motor. This is necessary to make an electrical return connection to the water. Attach other lead to the drag chain. This is made by obtaining a 1-2 foot piece of small chain and threading the end of a tether line through several of the links for strain relieving. Strip of some insulation on end of the out put lead and electrically connect to the chain. Note the out put lead of the unit must be insulated from the water with the exception of the chain section. Unit works on bottom feeders such as catfish requiring a water temperature of 70 degrees or warmer. Best results are obtained by slowly dragging the chain over suspected cat fish areas. They now will float to the surface once temporarily stunned by the electrical current.
